Our Story
The Christ over Cancer Foundation was birthed from a powerful testimony of survival and faith. Our founder, Jestina Dennis Fofana, a breast cancer survivor, faced fear head-on but found strength, healing, and victory through faith in Jesus Christ, medical care, and the unwavering support of family.
Out of this journey came a calling: to ensure that women affected by breast cancer—warriors and survivors—never walk alone.
We exist to provide Christ-centered encouragement, resources, and community for women battling breast cancer and those thriving beyond breast cancer. Our programs focus on spiritual upliftment, emotional support, and practical assistance to help warriors, survivors, and their families face every step with strength and hope.
Whether it's through prayer, mentorship, financial relief, or support networks, our goal is to shine the light of Christ in the darkest seasons of illness.
At the heart of our foundation is a simple conviction: faith over fear. Christ over cancer.
We believe that with the power of Jesus Christ, a compassionate community, and access to the right resources, women can not only survive cancer but rise above it with courage. Together, we are building a world where no woman has to face breast cancer alone, where victory and healing are made possible in Christ, and every survivor can rise strong, rooted in faith.
